What data this website collects

This website consists of static pages. It contains no contact forms, registers no accounts and sends no data to third-party servers.

• Technical browsing data. Like any website, the hosting provider automatically records some connection data (IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type). They are used solely to deliver the service and keep it secure.
• Local preferences. The website saves in the user's browser the choice of light or dark theme and the fact that the cookie notice has been read. This information stays on the user's device and is not transmitted to anyone.
• Spontaneous contacts. If the user decides to write to the e-mail address given or to telephone, the data they provide are processed in order to answer their request.

What this website does not do

• It does not use profiling or marketing cookies.
• It does not use third-party analytics or tracking tools.
• It does not load resources from external servers: the fonts are hosted on this website.
• It carries out no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Legal basis and purposes

Technical connection data are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in delivering and protecting the service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Any data provided by e-mail or telephone are processed in order to respond to the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary for the security of the service. Communications received are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting obligations.

Recipients

The data are not disclosed to third parties nor disseminated. The only party processing technical data on behalf of the controller is the website's hosting provider.

Rights of the data subject

Users may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — by writing to lookon.carepair@gmail.com. It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

The LOOKON® platform

This notice concerns only the corporate website. The processing of data inside the LOOKON® software platform (DMS, Web App and mobile applications) will be governed by a dedicated notice, made available to users when the service is activated.
