01 The problem
Every day thousands of workshops, body shops, auto electricians, tyre specialists and inspection centres carry out technical work of great value. But the documentation of that work stays scattered across invoices, receipts, photographs, messages, different management software and paper documents.
When the vehicle changes workshop, owner, rental company or operator, an important part of its technical history risks being lost.
02 The solution
By linking number plate, VIN chassis number e LOOKON® Static QR Code, every car can have a digital identity in which to record work, checks, servicing, spare parts, photographs, videos, checklists, documents, timestamps and technical signatures.
LOOKON® does not merely store information. It builds a progressive technical memory, available to consult and authorised, able to follow the vehicle throughout its life cycle.

03 The evidence
Every job can be recorded with all the elements that make it readable over time.

06 The two tracks
The LOOKON® platform, intended for commercial release in Italy and progressively in other European countries. Mainly a SaaS model, with subscriptions and features that can be adapted to the type of operator, the number of sites, the users and the vehicles managed.
A modern LOOKON® digital workshop is planned in the area of Milan Malpensa airport: applying the model in practice, testing the workflows, producing real use cases, training operators and creating a replicable operating model.
European software + pilot digital hub = the LOOKON® ecosystem.
The Malpensa digital workshop is a project under development: opening is scheduled for 2027 and the facility is not yet operational.
