Nature of the information

The contents of this website are for information purposes and to present the LOOKON® Car Repair – Digital Vehicle Passport project. They do not constitute a contractual offer, an investment solicitation or a guarantee of results.

Status of the project

The LOOKON® software platform is at a pre-commercial stage. The features described represent the framework of the platform and its planned developments; some are expressly indicated as future or optional and their availability depends on technical developments, agreements with third parties, authorisations and applicable law.

The digital workshop in the Malpensa area is a project under development, scheduled to open in 2027: the facility is not operational today.

What LOOKON® is not

• LOOKON® is not a public or state certification: it is a private platform and a voluntary professional standard.
• LOOKON® does not replace periodic technical inspections, expert appraisals, public registers, mandatory certifications or checks required by law.
• The mileage entered by the user is a self-declared figure: LOOKON® records and organises it, but does not certify, verify or guarantee that it is correct. Responsibility remains with the person making the declaration.
• The Trust Check module is a future, optional feature. Mentioning CARFAX, MTC or other providers does not imply that partnerships or commercial integrations are already in place.

LOOKON® is a trademark registered with EUIPO — European Union Intellectual Property Office, EUTM No. 018898960, registered on 20 October 2023, Nice Classes 9 and 37. Owner of the trademark and of the project: Igor Mascia.

Texts, images, graphics, trademarks and any other content on this website are protected and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without the owner's written authorisation.

Limitation of liability

The owner endeavours to keep the information up to date and correct, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions and is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the information published. Links to external websites, where present, imply no control over their content.

These terms are governed by Italian law.
